Editorial Standards

TripodTerra publishes articles on BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, I Ching, feng shui and related Chinese metaphysics. This page explains how articles are produced, fact-checked and corrected.

1. Editorial process

Every article follows the same pipeline: topic research (search data and competitor review) → AI-assisted first draft → human verification against classical sources → quality review → publication under a named editor or the TripodTerra editorial brand.

2. AI-assistance disclosure

Article drafts are generated with the assistance of large language models (DeepSeek). Before publication, a human editor reviews each draft against the classical texts it cites and corrects or removes unsupported claims. Articles credited to a named editor are reviewed by that editor; articles credited to TripodTerra Editorial are reviewed by the editorial team.

3. Fact-checking method

Claims about classical methodology are checked against the primary texts (三命通会, 滴天髓, 渊海子平, 紫微斗数全书 and related sources). Factual claims about third parties (companies, apps, historical figures) are verified against public sources at the time of writing; where sources disagree, the article states the disagreement instead of picking a side. Dates, prices and statistics are stated with their source or omitted when unverifiable.

4. Corrections

If you find an error, write to hello@tripodterra.com with the article URL and the specific issue. We review reports within two business days; confirmed errors are corrected and marked with an update note. Minor typographical fixes are applied without notice.
